Who we are
AdGenius AI (“AdGenius”, “we”) provides software that helps businesses plan, publish and analyze advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
Data we collect
Account data (name, email, language, country, time zone), business information you enter, workspace and team data, subscription and invoice records from our payment providers, usage and AI metering data, device and session information, and — when you connect Meta — the Pages, Instagram professional accounts, ad accounts, posts metadata and advertising performance you authorize.
How we use it
To provide the service, generate AI recommendations for your workspace, publish campaigns you approve, bill subscriptions, secure accounts, provide support and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your data to target you with third-party advertising.
Meta data
Meta access tokens are encrypted and used only to perform actions you request within your workspace. You can disconnect at any time; you can also request deletion through Meta's data deletion process.
AI processing
Business and performance data needed for an AI feature is sent to our AI provider to generate the result. We store the results in your workspace and metering records (tokens, cost, credits) — not the raw prompts.
Sharing
With infrastructure, payment, email, push notification and AI providers acting on our behalf, with Meta when you instruct us to act on your Meta assets, and where required by law.
Retention & deletion
Account data is kept while your account is active. When you delete your account, personal data is removed after a 14-day grace period; financial records are kept as required by law.

You can access, correct, export or delete your data and object to certain processing. Contact privacy@adgenius.ai.
Security
Encryption in transit and at rest for secrets, hashed passwords, optional two-factor authentication, strict tenant isolation and audit logs.
